Hanplast's tool room started operating in 2014. Since then we have made and coordinated the subcontracting of a total of around 500 plastic processing tools of various sizes. We specialise in the production of injection moulds for parts made in 1-K and 2-K technology, parts with very thin walls, parts for electronics and technical components. We prepare mould flow and filling analyses (CADMOLD) for tool and injection process optimisation.
Our advantage is a staff of experienced and highly qualified specialists in metal processing, design and construction of injection moulds, CAM programmers and project managers. The tool room has been equipped with 18 new CNC machines from leading manufacturers - DMG Mori, Makino, Sodick, Chmer Exeron, Fidia. For research and design purposes we have equipped our machine park with a hybrid machine for selective laser sintering of metals Matsuura Lumex. We have a heat treatment department with a high-pressure gas hardening furnace with a capacity of up to 1 ton, a tempering furnace with vacuum rinsing and the ZeroFlow® nitriding option, which is additionally adapted to carbonitriding and oxidation, and a line consisting of an ultrasonic cleaner and a bath with subsurface spraying.
To ensure the highest quality of manufactured plastic parts, our laboratory performs measurements on a 3COORD measuring machine with Renishaw software. Inking press, laser welding, engraving - all this enables a complete process of making an injection mould in our tool shop without the need to use subcontractors. We offer a guarantee for the mould made both in our tool shop and in partner tool shops in Poland and abroad.
