Injection simulations to optimize the production process and material use
Our designers and project managers in the R&D department
either independently or with external business partners with whom we cooperate, use NX Siemens and SolidWorks software to analyse the designs of our customers’ parts and moulds, assess their feasibility or design a new tool from scratch.
We use the MOLDEX3D application to conduct injection simulations. This tool helps us identify potential issues such as air bubbles, weld lines, and deformations, enabling us to reduce the time and cost associated with implementing the tool for serial production.

We cooperate with
Gdańsk University of Technology, Bydgoszcz University of Technology named after Jan and Jędrzej Śniadecki and other institutions in the field of strength analyses, to determine deflection based on applied loads, determine the maximum stresses within the structure, and evaluate its stability and load-bearing capacity.
The Research and Development Department cooperates with the Project Manager to provide ongoing advice and consultation on the tool design and to supervise serial production mould implementation.

In cooperation with our client
a series of DFM analyses are carried out, which lead to:
- selection of the appropriate material and its hardness
- definition of the parting line

- determination of the main design features of the mould that affect the appearance of the part surface, e.g. the use of slides, inserts, ejectors
