Based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 28000:2007, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 50001:2018, the IKEA IWAY standard, specific customer requirements, and our many years of experience and acquired knowledge, the Management Board of Hanplast Sp. z o.o., in collaboration with the company’s top management, strives to ensure high product quality, supply chain safety, and a high level of customer satisfaction. They also consider the health and safety of all employees, the environment, and energy efficiency.
Management Board of Hanplast Sp. z o.o. together with the company’s top management:
- is responsible for the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, the prevention of work-related injuries and health conditions, and for ensuring safe and hygienic workplaces and activities,
- ensures the integrity of management system requirements with the company’s business processes,
- reduces safety risks in the supply chain areas of the organization,
- commits to designing injection moulds and plastic products tailored to customer needs while adhering to relevant standards and regulations. It emphasizes the optimization of solutions and structures by leveraging the latest technological advancements, all while focusing on the continuous improvement of the company’s energy efficiency,
- aims to produce top-quality plastic products for the electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, automotive, packaging, and home and garden accessory industries by utilizing innovative solutions,
- is dedicated to manufacturing cutting-edge photovoltaic modules powered by innovative Smart Wire® technology,
- monitors KPIs to achieve the intended strategic and operational goals of the Integrated Management System,
- monitors safety-related incidents in the supply chain and verifies the implementation of safety plans,
- ensures that the services provided and products manufactured meet the expectations and standards of recipients, regulations, and safety requirements,
- complies with relevant regulations, standards, and principles in occupational health and safety, environmental protection, energy efficiency, energy usage and consumption, as well as safety in the supply chain, and periodically evaluates their adherence,
- commits to fulfilling the requirements for the safe handling and disposal of hazardous chemical substances in manufactured products, in accordance with the legal standards of the European Union, including REACH and RoHS,
- collaborates with qualified suppliers to continuously improve the quality of supplied products, ensuring they are free of „Conflict Minerals” (Tantalum, Tungsten, Tin, and Gold) obtained under unacceptable and extremely hazardous working conditions,
- enhances supplier management systems, including safety protocols and procuring energy-efficient products and services that impact the company’s energy performance,
- is committed to promoting, maintaining, developing, and continuously improving the usefulness, adequacy, and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System while involving employees in this effort,
- aims to continuously enhance the quality of products and services while also improving energy performance,
- is dedicated to enhancing working conditions to achieve zero accidents, occupational diseases, and near-miss incidents,
- aims to enhance the safety of facilities and components by implementing new techniques that ensure data and communication security,
- commits to protecting the environment, preventing pollution, and implementing technological solutions to enhance the environmental impact of its operations,
- controls and optimizes the amount of waste and other pollutants emitted by our company,
